How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. For urgent orders, express delivery in 24 to 48 hours is available. Timings vary depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces shining, clean them regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals and perfume. Store them somewhere dry and out of direct light. For a deep clean, we recommend seeing a professional once a year.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering soldering, clasp and material issues. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or third-party alterations. Contact our customer service team to activate your warranty.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, in its original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our collections are made from gold, sterling silver or stainless steel — materials that are generally well tolerated. That said, allergic reactions come down to individual sensitivity. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend speaking to a dermatologist. Check each product page for its exact composition.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes — engraving and personalization are available on selected products. You can add initials, dates or short messages. Personalization usually adds 5 to 10 business days. Contact our team to discuss what you need and get a quote.
